In jet aircraft, EGT stands for Exhaust Gas Temperature. An EGT guage then measures EGT. I've installed an EGT guage on my bike ... sort of. Whenever I'm riding, I'm always curious what the temperature is, so I finally decided to do something about it. I bought a cheap thermometer and put it under my seat!

Well, the last few days have been good training for riding in the desert -- hot and windy. Today was especially brutal when attempting to ride south!
I was nearly blown off my bike several times. It was nice having a tailwind coming home though.

Think the temp will rise under that seat when you blow out the other other kind of exhaust that you are so good at?? Hahaha,
